9 Tools to self motivate people – seminar to ERA in Bulgaria

Bulgaria, Hisaria, in the beautiful environment of Staro Celo and its Vineyard Hotel.

The ERA network invited Marc de Turck as guest speaker for its seminar on motivation.

Midst a vineyard and rustique style hotel in Staro Celo, Marc presented 9 tools to help people to self-motivate.

Those tools included:

• Being there;
• Looking at facts;
• Stopping negative opinions;
• Understanding;
• Creating a game;
• Dismissing suppressive people;
• Hatting people;
• Using emotions;
• Making sure people see what one sees.

30 managers of the ERA network attended the seminar and they all received home work to apply the tools so as to be more successful.
